Unpleasant experience at PEP Home

Bad customer service Had an pleasant experience today at PEP, I had to collect a parcel which I needed urgently but the employees refused to help me, I got there at 17:20 on a Friday to collect a parcel Closing time on Fridays is 18:00 but I was refused entry upon arrival… just because they wanted to knock off early
