Unnecessary sections covered at Pep

Why does the Pep Store at Queenswood Pretoria have to cover items you can buy at other shops ( Spar, Checkers, Pick n pay). Kitchen items are covered with a black ******* bag, blankets and bed spread section are covered, cant buy candles and apparently they don't and cannot sell flops but they can and are selling winter sleepers. They are selling kids shoes and cloths, so why cover other cloths sections. It doesn't make sense at all. Most shops are selling everything in their stores and Pep Store Queensword has a weird social distance system, because the shop is not full and the let people in one by one. They could let people wait outside with only 3-5 people inside. It was really annoying because all the sections covered with black ******* bags doesn't have to be covered. If Pep Queenswood is selling cloths, why did they remove flops or say they cant sell the flops. Why are they not selling kitchen items or candles?
