Uninformed manager

Went to pep protea Glen to return goods I bought from trade route mall.the cashier asked the manager ncamsile if she can exchange and the manager said i should go back to the point of sale, I told them I'm not going there and they went for 6 min didn't even explain where they are going 6min later they came and asked for my details.<br> That manager is clueless and they both wasted my time.
