Unhelpful staff

On the 22 of August I went to pepstore (5748) buying some staff and also wanted to pay my dstv n transfer money and Do a laybye. But I was told they are offline and this is not the first time because they are always offline. My worry is why is pepstores advertising products that they can't offer to customers. Oris it bcos we are a local stores and things are done differently even the level of customer service is very poor even the cashier Nelly who always goes out of their way to spoil our day with her stinking attitude.
