Unhelpful PEP home at Mall@Carnival

I went to PEP Mall@Carnival home dept to make use of their PAXI service. The lady's that work there are so rude and then they mock you in their own language. If they don't want to work, there or be helpful to all customers they should be replaces with people with better customer skills.
