Unhelpful consultant

I went to PEP Home at Lakeside mall for the first time and will be for the last time too. A lady by the name of Phinah is very rude, she has the worst attitude ever and when you ask her for help she makes you feel like she is doing you a favour. she has a terrible attitude!!!!!
