Unhappy with service

HI all early this year I bought a STYLO JAZZ at PEP Cell in Alex Mall Alexandra. I used it for about two months and it dead on me as it was always freezing. Took it back to the store and was booked for repairs, I had to wait for about 4 weeks. The store staff called me to let me know that the phone is back.

I went to the store to collect my phone only to find that it was a new phone and it did not come with the screen protector, meaning that they could not fix my original gadget which had a screen protector, Any way that's fine. A week later the new phone fell and cracked the glass screens and the touch screen(internal screen).

This time went to PEP to inquire on how can they help in fixing the phone even for a fee. I was told that they do not fix or deal with physical damage. When I asked and said that "this means that I now stuck with this new dead phone", i was told that there nothing that they can do.

I have been to a number of places to try and get phone repaired. Everyone says it does not have parts on the market, some of the repairers will just say 'NOT THAT THING' (STYLO JAZZ). So my R1100.00 is gone with a less than a year dead phone. help
