Unhappy with service

Very unprofessional service and unfriendly service - have a account with them but receive no statements - requested statements at PEP Stores Springs refusing to help me - said I must pay the account first (note that account is up to date - not in arrears) then I can have a statement or amount outstanding - this is totally unacceptable,
