Unhappy with lack of assistance

Yesterday I lost a a cellular device at pep. I am 100% positive that i had the phone but I must have left it at the till by mistake. Going back to the same store this morning to enquire if maybe they had seen the device I was shocked at the lack of empathy shown. The security gentleman wouldn't even open the door I was shouting as loud as I can from outside the glass door to say "could you please help me I think I might have left my phone at the till here yesterday".

I called the store to ask if they could at least take a look at cctv footage but I was not assisted in that regard either.

I am truly unhappy.
