Unhappy, they just turn around said they can't help

Mot helpful at all, WAS in Pep kolonnade to claim voucher, and apparently not working .voucher was sent directly to me via sms. No tried to assitvery unhappy with Pep. The head office should not sent vouchers that cannot be redeemed . It embarrassing to customers.
