Unhappy Pepcell customer

I bought a phone on 30-09-2022 itel v41 for my son since he didn't have any phone.I return the phone to Pepcell in Makhaza khayelitsha as the phone was not working well .Network was not working and connecting to wifi it didn't have Network so i had to return the phone on 06-10-2022 which was less than a week meaning it's either they were to return my money or give me a new phone unfortunately they didn't do any of that as they said they no longer refund or exchange for another phone but they will send that phone to be repaired which is utter nonsense because the phone was less than a week. Even the staff who i saw her name was Akhona and another lady were very rude to me upon returning. Despite everything all i want is now my money back as clearly this won't end well for both parties.
