<p>I went to pep in Greenacres port Elizabeth today to buy a cell phone it was a mobicel berry for R899 the the minute I put the phone on I had problems the phone is very slow and it restarts on its own and wipes everything off the phone is only one day old and I wanna know if I can get a refund the stores contact number is ********** 555 please help</p>
