Unhappy customer

Someone sent a parcel on 16 JUNE AND TODAY IS 13 JULY PARCEL STILL SAYS LOCATION MISSING it was sent from pep sunny park in Pretoria! To me looks like parcel never left the shop because from day one it says location missing ........ PLEASE HELP
