Unhappy customer

I have a complaint about the bad service ive received at PEP (Junction Philippi) i went there to send my package with Paxi, theu told me they don’t have the code for the place im sending the package to since they don’t have the system. I googled the phone no to the pep im sending to, with no help from them they expected me to call and get the code myself. When i asked if why can’t they make the make the call? I was told “the store phone is there” where I don’t know, it was two ladies busy unboxing things and the other at the till asked me to move to the side so she can assist someone else since I don’t have a code.. which they should’ve assisted me with. I ended up not sending the package

Went the PEP at (Shoprite center Philippi) the lady assisting me asked for the code yet again, and i told her I don’t know it, i refused to try get it, i knew she didn’t want to assist me cos she kept mumbling, until I snapped and asked to please assist me and stop giving me problems ive been standing on a long lone and don’t want stories. She did but still complaining.. Ive never experienced such in PEP stores in town, but Philippi PEPS have horrible service for PAXI customers. Fix thi
