Unhappy customer

Protea Gardens customer service is very poor, they don't even have their name tags on. They shout at the customers. Their manager is the rudest of them all, cashiers busy on their phones while helping the customers. I even left the store without getting help with the phone that I bought from store last and its not working. They couldn't help and they didn't wanna take back the phone. They registered my phone using the correct number and I ended up spending R194 on airtime because they asked me to buy data my phone will work. My phone is still not working as we speak.
