Unhappy customer

Iam very disappointed from the service which my mother got when she was at pep clothing store in vanderbijlpark Vaalmall. She lost the wallet inside the store with amount of R1000 which was for a grocery, she then addressed the matter to the manager, apparently the manager is aware of that behavior happening in the store, she told my mother that the is nothing she can do as if it's okay for customers to lose their items inside the store. This is really disappointing and upsetting to think about when you want to buy from pep and feel unsafe to do so.
