Unhappy customer

Someone posted a parcel to me on the 16June 2020 using Paxi and after 3 days we started tracking it and it says Missing on the internet then the person went to the shop to enquire they kept saying it's coming it's coming but to this day on the 29June 2020 I've not recieved my parcel and the store keep saying we will track it and it will arrive but no progress. When I call paxi they refer me to the shop where parcel was sent still no progress.
