Unhappy client.-PEP

My mother went to your winkle sprite branch in Amamzentoti, she had purchased quite a lot of item's as usual and it a major fan of PEP. Never the less to her great surprise at the till the cashier turns around and says their carry bags are finished, so my mum ask's her to check in the back office on the cashiers return she brings a huge bag with holes and a great amount of dust in it....while your store Manager is having a awesome giggle about this whole thing. I'm disgusted to say the least we spend quite a lot of money weekly at your stores and this is the treatment one gets from the staff. I'm not a happy client!!!!
