My Uncle Passed On The 22 March 2024,Claimed On The 28th Cause They Couldn't Reply Due To Easter Holidays, We Had To Borrow Money To Cover Other Funeral Expenses, And When I Call Them From The 1st They Said Within 24/48 Hours We Will Receive The Payment Nothing Was Received, Called The Whole Of Last Week They Said 48 Hours Everyday And The People Want Their Money I Keep Giving Them Excuses...Yesterday I Called And They Said My Uncle Was A Policy Holder And Am A Beneficiary They Still Invistigating ***?? Cause Now We Have Been Paying And No Arrears Or Whatsoever And They Said We Must Wait For 45 Days For Pep To Decide Weather They Paying Or Not Is This The Type Of Policy We Paying For?? When We Were Paying There Were No Stories Buh When They Have To Pay They Giving Stories Ahy I Won't Reecomend People To Join This Policy Cause Am Under Attack The People Want Their Money
