Unhappy Client

I had a problem with my phone screen. took it for repairs at pep cell maponya mall. I was told it will be ready in 3 weeks, but unfortunately I had to wait for 6 weeks till today I don't have my phone with me. I am a business person I have lost money for the past month due to non communication with my clients. I went back for follow up twice and they told me they're not sure what's happening. honestly I'm unhappy do something about this asap
