Unhappy Bad service

Purchased a phone last week Tuesday 25 January 2022 Phone keep freezing I took it back were I purchased only to be told that the phone will be repaired Nobody told me to read terms and conditions so I m not sure y they must repair it instead of replacing the phone very angry because now I must be without a phone and taking it back is transport money and going there again after they call me to collect it is more transport money please I need assistance.How is it possible that they only give 7 days and then also one should be informed of that so u can make a wise decision.
