Good evening @ pep, I just Wana take this moment And say how much I'm disappointed with the service I got from your pep store @Tembisa Birch Acres, store number 6421,on the 29th April 2026, I went to the shop to collect my smart phone under Foneyam, and I specificly ask them to bring me XIAOMI REDMI Titan Grey and they went on and got me XIAOMI REDMI black, and they say they can't exchange it, I told them I don't want the black, now I'm stuck with a colour of phone I don't want, I'm really disappointed with your services, Am I not allowed to choose what I want, I feel like my Rights were violated here, please kindly rectify this mess because I'm satisfied with your cashiers and their services.
