UNHAPPY

<p>I bought a cell phone last year December in January the screen started to jem and not working. I took in back to the shop and they sent it to repairs and said it will take 6-8 weeks to be fixed. The 8 weeks passed and one one bothered to contact me to let me know the progress untill i went backt ot store to check n i found it there and took it home only to find that it was still not fixed. I took it back and now am told that it cant be fixed because its gurantee was 7 days and it stoped workign because it was determined that it stoped workign because of it being expose to steam/water. My question to them is why is the phone swtiching on and the screen is clear with no sign of water marks inside it if thats the case?</p> <p>ANd why was that not picked up the first time it came back from repairs?</p> <p>I only used that phone for ONLY 2/3 weeks and 8 to 9 weeks which was over a month it was at repairs now THIS??</p> <p>And now they are telling me to come pick it up and go fix it myself!! </p> <p>I wasted my money for paying something I only used for 3 weeks!!</p> <p>Can someone please assit me here!!</p> <p>That is clearly a software issue not mpy fault. I need my refund or another Phone .</p>
