Unfriendly staff

<p>I'm always disappointed by the treatment I always get at Pep west street durban, two weeks back I went to do a new PepPlus card, I had one but I got a notification that it's going to be expire because I haven't used it for more than 60days. When the lady by the name zama tried to scan my ID it said I already had an account. She said she can't do a new one, I asked is there a way she or I can check if the one I had expired, she just gave me an ugly look and left me there at the till standing alone. Yesterday I was at same pep I bought shaving blades paid with my bank card, the lady by the name Thola said I must pay by cash, I told her I don't have cash, she said I won't be able to pay for it because it is less than R10. I had to take taxi fee and pay with it, and then go and draw money again from my bank and get charges. And she didn't even say it I a nice way.</p> <p>The staff there is so rude and unfriendly to customers.</p>
