Unfriendly service Pep store

Very unfriendly service from a lady called Dineo in Boulders Midrand, when trying to use their Paxi service. First she refused to send my parcel claiming a cell phone was on the prohibited list. The list was on the wall, and when I pointed that out to her she still refused. I then asked to see her manager. She went to call her but came back with the message that it is still prohibited. I then went to see the Manager (Evelyn?) myself, and Dineo was then instructed to assist me. Still extremely unfriendly. Evelyn was much more accomodating though.
