Unfairness terminantion

I'm so disappointed that the only person that understood elderly customers was unfairly dismissed, I'm a regular customer at Pepcell tembi mall & I was heartbroken to find out that pep fires people without giving them atleast warnings, Rebecca was the only person in that store who cared enough about the pensioners she has a warm smile & never losses her temper as we are regarded the worst customers, I've been following her since back in 2011 when she was still working at festival mall. Pep has lost the best person for the job & for what? I learned that she & the other one where fired for helping a customer who had a problem with his phone & asked for R50 for data bundles & she & the other one got fired for that, that is just unfair I still don't understand why was it suppose to come to that. Anyway I'm not happy with how they were fired as the store doesn't have that wariness in it anymore just a bunch of rude "offline" people. Me & my family & colleagues don't buy from pep anymore even the club cards we had we destroyed them. Heartless thing that you have done to those children I'm still hurt You lost good people who had blood for customers & customer service .
