unfairly treated

I was in a qeue then Themebelihle the teller just decided to jump me and serve the person who is behind me in a qeue I waited until everybody has been served she told me to go to the next tellr Nthabi well she tried to help but I was already running late I left with R2800 which I was going to spent at Pep I am very dissapointed and its is for first time I encounter this problem with Pep I have a loan and saving account with Pep I am not whether I still want to continue with Pep because of that
