Unfairly treated

I went to pepstores at Queenscorner-Queenswood in Pretoria. a lady by the name of Bongi was moping the floor from the door inwards. When me and my friend entered, Bongi said couldnt we use other isles as we can see that she is moping. i told her that that is not the way to talk to customers, she said i wont even buy at the shop and if i fall i'll go running to report them, and she said i have an attitude with the whole staff helping her to attack us.what amazes me is that the was not even a warning board alerting us that the floor is wet.when i requested her name, she said i should go ahead and report her as they are used at being reported at their head office, she even offered to give me the head office's number.
