Unfair treatment

<p>I've got a serious problem with PEP store. I bought a Netsurf Tablet yesterday & when I got home it was not reading the SIM2 & the volume is not responding up... It was taken back & they now claim that I physically damaged the SIM2 slot when forcing the SIM card in. I did not such "force" & I think is their way of avoiding their factory faults. The now tell me to wait 3-4 Weeks for it to be repaired (How could the repair a new things, Y can't they replace their damaged phone?) They gave me *** spoke to Ally. I JUST CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG</p>
