Unfair practices

I had bought a phone under false pretences that the phone didn’t have a camera but the moment the phone was unboxed I saw that it had a camera I tried returning it and exchanging it for one that didn’t have a camera and they refused.I came back the next day to try to return the phone but the still refused.The manager was called and still nothing happened and all I wanted to do was exchange the phone
