Hi, I’m writing to lodge a complaint about Orange Farm PEP Store. I was not satisfied about the customer service I received by the staff member named Khosi. She turned me back when I wanted to change my daughters school shoes told me to come back later cause she is tired. When I went back the store was closed. Went back the next day and still did the same thing, when I told Portia the store manager she said “if you want to stop buying at this store it’s fine don’t stress my employees about your own problems” ... Please advise
