Uneducated staff members

What a disgrace! My mom that only gets sassa bought a dual sim card phone from them. After about an hour in the store, explaining to the lady my mom stays very far from town and she wants to keep her vodacom number and sim they assured my mom the phone can take a vodacom sim even though it comes with a mtn sim card. When my mom got home the phone did not accept vodacom. Driving out R500 diesel to take the phone back the lady in store agreed the phone does not take vodacom. My mom is old and can't see anymore and unfortunately forgot the charger on the farm. PEP refuses to give her some time to bring the charger in so that they can do an exchange for her on a phone that actually takes vodacom. If the PEP stafg did her job and know her product none of this would have happened. This cheap little phone is costing my mom more than double the price and all because of a staff member that lies to customers!!!!!! This is really unacceptable, staff should be educated on their products!!!!!!
