Undesciplined store managers doing whatever they feel like

I ambased in Lesotho &tge store 4218 code treated me like dirt!!! got to the shop 5min prior the closing time&was not allowed in because they no longer let incoming traffic,only outgoing. They stipulated closing time as 17:00 yet l was no allowed in 16:54 to be exact. &the manager tells me that's how they operate. He went on to indicate that the closing time could even be 15min earlier than 5p.m depending on the volume inside the store.
