UNBELIEVABLE

Went to above mentioned Pep. Was in there for a couple of minutes. Put money in my pocket for safety reasons so as not to carry stuff with me, and my bag under the seat. Got out, window broken. Went straight back into pep and asked them to please call the cops. They did not say it, but nobody made a move. Asked them numerous times. The security was standing by the door, do you want to tell me, he did not hear a window being broken? The one woman that works there had the cheek to say to me, I should not have left my bag in the car. I was dumbfounded. No help. I had to drive to the police station, shaken of course, window glass flying everywhere. I am upset that they did not even make an effort to call the police for me. I did not ask them for anything else. If this is the way they are treating their customers, then I don't know. I see that they have more complaints on here than compliments. Brush up your act pep. You used to be a family store, now your reputation has gone down the drain with so many complaints.
