Unapologetic cashier

On October 27, I went to Pep in Birch Acres Square, Tembisa (P7235), i go to this store regularly to send parcels with Paxi. I encountered the worst cashier, Hulisani.. who didn't seem to understand her job... after purchasing the Paxi bags she left me unattended.. i had to ask her if she was going to assist me or not in which case she ignored me. I was later assisted by one pf the ladies. After which i spoke to the manager about the behaviour of her employee. The cashier when asked to apologise to me refused to do so because she claimed I have an attitude towards her. Im absolutely appaled at the behaviour of Hulisani who doesn't seem to know what her responsibilities entail. I feel I deserved better treatment as a regular customer and I will not be returning to that Pep.
