Unacceptable Service - Pep Cell Dobsonville

I would like to make the company aware of the terrible service I received at PepCell Dobsonville.

I asked to have a parcel delivered via Paxi. The lady who assisted me (Patricia) had a nasty attitude. She gave the impression that she doesn't want to assist me and that I'm bugging her.

After processing the payment, Patricia handed me over to her colleague, who's attitude was just as nasty. I don't know her name. She was very unprofessional in her conduct. I felt like I was committing a crime, when all I wanted was to send a parcel.

I am a supervisor in a retail store as well. As a fellow retail worker, I am extremely disappointed in the terrible service I received today. I thought I could let it go, but it was so bad, that I can't keep quiet about it.

Please review the service in that store. You guys have a reputation to uphold. The service I get in Cresta Pep is way different than what I got in Dobsonville.
