Unacceptable service

Good day On the 29th April was looking for a laptop . According to the online search I found a Packardbell at Pep cell Kwanbuhke. I contacted the store where I was assure that they do have one in stock. I then traveled from Port Elizabeth to Uitenhage to buy the said laptop. When I arrived at the store I was told that there wasn't one. I told the lady that I call and they said there was one. She then told me that it might be the other pep across the road. I phoned the number while I was in pep cell kwanabuhle where the lady again confirmed that they had the laptop. When she came out she then told me that tne. Laptop was actually faulty. This is really not acceptable.
