Unacceptable Service

<p>Utterly disgusted by the service I received at Pep today from a MANAGER!!I transferred money at the branch on Monday and was only informed today what the withdrawal options were.The recipient received bad service from Shoprite which meant I had to go back to Pep nd BOY do I regret it.The manager told me she can't help me because I didn't speak to her on Monday and she said she doesn't care whether it was one of her staff members or not.So I told her that as long as they are in their uniform they are PEP and she continued to patronise me in front of her other consultant while they both told me to get help else where.She didn't even try to get to the bottom of my problem instead she got rid of me.I'm extremely disgusted Veronica does not deserve to be a part of such a big brand.</p>
