Unacceptable delivery with Paxi!

Expected a parcel from Durban to Jhb, sent on 23 October 2025, with an expected delivery date of 30 October. Paid for a 3 to 5 day delivery. Parcel got lost and was eventually found and delivered on 12 November. Biscuits were unrecognisable, totally unacceptable. Numerous calls and visits to Pep to check on the delay and always told to wait for an SMS, no one even bothered to assist with calling Paxi and finding out what the delay was. I will never use Paxi again!!!
