Unacceptable customer service

from Nombuso Nyawose on Sunday 16th June at 9.10am. She was busy packing the stock whilst I was talking to her and explaining what my problem was, NO EYE contact. NO smile nothing. Very unfriendly. I have a witness who was with me. She was not of any help, wrong information given to me. She needs to go for customer service training ASAP. I will be calling the store to speak to management aswell.
