Unable to provide copies of cash slips

We pay our DSTV at PEP Second Avenue, Alberton monthly. We made payments on 31 October 2015 for R772.30, R349.50 and R699. Apparently DSTV is claiming that the CASH payments for R772.30 and R349.50 were miraculously reversed at PEP on 10 Dec 2015. DSTV now wants copies of the slips which we do not have and PEP must have it as part of their audit trail for auditing purposes.<br> <br> DSTV has cut my DSTV on 23 Dec 2015 due to the CASH reversals. I refuse to pay for something twice. It took DSTV over 3 weeks to acknowledge my complaint and that after I got 2 references for investigations which never happened.<br> <br> PEP Head Office stated that they can not help and there is no way they can tell how much, when and where the funds went. Isn't this a bit fishy? Maybe one should take selfies with the teller each time you pay in cash showing the money as proof of payment.<br> <br> PEP get your house in order and give me copies of these slips (all pay points print out duplicates and this is kept as part of housekeeping for your accounts). <br> <br>
