Unable to collect my parcel

My Sistersent a parcel from HammardslenJunction Pep store on the 07. February 201 via paid drop. She did not recieve an sms. She went to check with the shop but she was told that she will get the sms eventually. then she asked how is the receiver of the parcel going to collect it (Me). She was advices to send me the proof (till slip) then the barcode can be means to trace the parcel. When I approached the lady at the till sartuday Pep Krugersdorp store code 4181. I was informed that there is no way I will collect the parcel if we did not recieve the sms. I was told that through the sms there should be a pin that my Sister gives to me. Then I was turned away. There were was no willingness to assist me. Pls I need my parcel. What else can be done in this case.
