*****ulent Withdrawal of PEP Money Without PIN – Urgent Investigation Required

am reporting a very serious issue regarding a PEP Money transfer that was *****ulently withdrawn without my consent or sharing my PIN.

I sent money via PEP Money to my little sister. At the time of sending, I had not yet provided her with the PIN. When she later went to collect the money, she was informed that it had already been withdrawn.

Upon investigating at PEP, I was told the money was collected at the Oliphants Fountain branch, which I have no connection to and is far from where I stay. I can confirm that no one had access to my PIN or transaction details.

This situation is extremely alarming and suggests a serious system failure or internal security breach. I am requesting PEP to urgently investigate this matter, issue me with a formal reference number, and advise on the refund process.

I will also be opening a police case regarding this incident. I expect urgent feedback and resolution.
