I purchased a decoder from Pep in Verulam on the 2 August 2022. I specifically said I dont require an installation as I already had an existing one the installation was still cashed for the manager said that they could not refund the money and that it will be a loss to me Ianyway chalked it up to human error and as it was closing time i accepted the install amount. the next day the istaller came in and since there was nothing for him to install he left the hardware took my reciept and went along his merry way. Its been 3 months my decoder has been giving me on and off error of E48 and now has completely stopped working. I went in and spoke to the manager Zahoor who said that they cannot do a exchange even after DSTV told me to take the box back to the purchase store. PEP STORES dont be unfair I bought my box from you now do the right thing
