****ty pep store In mall of Africa

I have went to pep store to open an account, both the pep stores in mall of Africa are stating that the scanner is not working since last week, they said I should apply online I did that since last week Monday till today the 14 January it's still not working. This is really unacceptable, as we use our time and money to get there and for them to not fix their services. How can both stores have a broke. Scanner unless they no longer offering the service. This is disgusting for stores being in a high maintenance mall yoh even when I call they telling me to send documents to the store.
