Two bad experiences a few minutes apart :(

As I went to pay, Eva just left me there standing and helped another customer with the parcels. I then told her it is unacceptable for her to leave me standing and she asked me what I expect her to do since the other customer is also in need of help. I told her she could have apologised and excused herself and I wouldn't have minded and she gave me an OK with such attitude. I was going to let it slide, until I proceeded to the Small Street Branch to finish up my shopping as I didn't find everything in Carlton. I enter and go to the parcel counter and Ntombi just blankly stares at me. I then tell her I would like to leave my parcels and she just takes them without a word. I am disappointed at the service rendered by both these ladies. Reading all the complaints on this site makes me wonder if this is what PEP is about. Your customer service is zero especially from the cashiers. I don't see myself ever visiting these stores again.
