Tshepiso is mistreating customers at 4866 Pepcell JHB Southdale

Good day, I work for a company that is currently operating under Pepcell 4866 JHB Southdale.

Today after work i bought a car charger and it was not working, so i tried to return the charger. But the attitude i got from Tshepiso Africa who is a 2YC at the shop was horrible.

A 2YC is someone who takes over the shop if the store manager is not at the shop.

So when i tried returning the device due to not working. Tshepiso told me that she will habe to test the device to check if its not my car that has a problem. I explained to her that it not the car. I suggested to change charging cable to check its not the issue but the new charging cable was not responding due to the charger not working.

I return to the shop and inform Tshepiso that the car charger is not working. And her reply was " its fine i will go and test it on my boyfriends car when he gets here" I was shocked that i as a customer i should wait for her boyfriend to cone fetch her then she can test the charger.

I asked her if it was not the case that i work there as an outsource was she gina give the same reply to dome random customer?

She told me to wait she will call her boss, while m waiting for her she was attering some remarks to the other stuff saying they must not sell anything to me in future. So i reminded her to call her boss, then she never called instead wasted about 15mins of my time then refunded me with an attitude.

I mentioned i have been working with her for almost 9 months and her attitufe towards customers she is very rude and she likes to throw remarks while customer is there especially if the customer does not understand the Nguni languages, its her thing and the store manager has reprimanded her gor sometime on this matter.

She is very incompetence on her job she always has something to gossip about customers and other staff.
