TRRRIBLE COURIER

What a nonsense experience I received from the pep teller in boulders Midrand, she was sour and very rude . She entered a false destination right after showed her which one to enter, I then did not receive a confirmation sms,so decided to call the customer care when I got home . A lovely lady helped with the rerouting of the parcel on the same day . This was on the 3rd September 2020. I kept on contacting them amd checking online also, until to date a month later my client's parcel is still in the courier hub. I would never recommend this courier to anyone not even my worst enemy . They do not even follow up, I have to be the one calling to check how far . The reroute was only processed yesterday a whole 4weeks later . I will never use this courier again. Never. The WORST COURIER EVER!!!!!!!! no professional on so many levels.
