Treating Customers Unfairly

I am very unhappy with the level of service from the Sicelo, this has happened on numerous occasions where by the store closes before 6. Sicelo was very rude to me yesterday and even had the decency to be rude at me when I enquired why is he shutting the door when it is 17 : 35 where as they close at 18: 00. My concern is that I was not treated fairly as a customer, as I urgently needed something from the store and why indicate that the store closes at 6 pm but close 30 minutes before.
