treated badly at Evaton mall Pep store

<p>I wanted to cancel expired laybye , after a long queue , the lady at the till called Eva Mahlonoko told me they can't help me bcos its late they are closing , in a rude manner, that process is taking a long time, so furious as I spent almost 30min in quee then not served.I was threated like a fool .</p>
